After more than 15 years leading Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Learning functions, Sara founded NorthStarLD to help organizations navigate their people challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Throughout her career, Sara partnered with leaders at all levels, from frontline supervisors to executive teams, to build leadership capability, strengthen succession pipelines, improve performance management practices and create cultures where employees can grow and thrive. Sara’s experience includes leading enterprise talent and learning strategies, facilitating executive and team development programs, implementing talent review and succession planning processes, and designing development experiences that prepare leaders for what's next.
